There is no real limit to the type of support that Caremark can offer you, they have an extremely broad range of services ranging from something as little as some company whilst walking the dog, to 24 hour support with your personal care, seven days a week.
Caremark operate a very rigorous recruitment procedure, including enhanced criminal record checks before providing full in-house and practical training to all staff. Your needs and wishes are carefully assessed to match the right member of the care team to you, and ensure ongoing supervision and assessment to identify if any changes to your support plan are required. Caremark offer a person-centred support package, where you are encouraged to make all of the decisions about the services you receive and inform us if any of these change.
