Linda’s News for August
Intergenerational ‘IT Event’
An Intergenerational ‘IT Taster Day’ was held at Davison’s Girls High School on 16 June, our lady participants were invited to lunch and an IT class taught by some of the Davison’s girls. We learnt how to use Word Art, how to set up and use a Facebook Page and how to use games on the computer.
Everyone socialised and exchanged experiences. All of our participants felt they had learned something and were keen for more. The event was a resounding success and very enjoyable.
