The WNCA are planning interesting and exciting Intergenerational events with Davison’s School, Worthing for 2010. If anyone 50+ would like to take part please contact me on 07827 278744.

 

Tai Chi 

Guild Care’s popular Tai Chi class held at the Parish Rooms on Friday afternoons has a few spaces -  Ring  01903 528600 to book your place.

 

Volunteer Opportunities

Local Voluntary groups are always looking for volunteers.  Volunteering is a two-way process and can be very satisfying for the volunteer as well as providing much needed company for older people. Please contact me on 07827 278744 or email , for more information.

Dial-a-Ride provides a door-to-door transport service for people who are unable to use public transport because of either a permanent or temporary disability.  Bookings are taken between 9am- 11 am each morning for the next day.  For further information ring: Geoff Davies on 01903 530053.
