New care service launched by West Sussex charity
A new service offering care support has been launched by the Worthing-based disability charity Independent Living Association (ILA).
The Lend a hand care service offers a variety of support to help customers remain independent in their own home. This can include personal care, meal preparation, shopping, social and leisure activities and a range of other flexible support.
It is available to all and covers the area between Littlehampton and Shoreham. Its sister service, the Lend a hand domestic help agency, has been extended to cover the same area. Both services are offered VAT free to disabled customers.
The Lend a hand services have been set up in response to what customers told the ILA they needed, and the aim is to offer a high quality of service tailored to wide-ranging individual needs at competitive costs.
All profits from Lend a hand will support the ILA’s charitable activities.
