Weight worries?
Ageing is not very kind on our bodies and it seems that as we get older, fighting the pounds gets harder and harder.
Because of this extra weight, clothes don’t fit anymore and moving around seems to get more tiring every day, not to mention joint pains or muscle aches.
Many people struggle with diets for years, follow the latest slimming craze, lose a lot of weight and put it back on!
The only real solution is to look properly at eating habits and exercise routines and get a proper plan that suits people individually.
Guild Care hosts 3 Health Trainers, specializing in people over 60. We help them to identify the reasons why they struggle with weight. We then agree a goals and a plan of action and we support them for around 3 months. This is free service as it sponsored by the NHS. It has worked for many of or clients so why not for you too?
If you want to find out more about this service or want to speak to someone about other issues that get in the way of living a full life, come and see us at the Broadwater Parish Hall or give us a call on 01903 528 627.
We will be there on the 9th and 23rd of July - Between 3 and 3.30 PM
Enjoy the sunshine and speak to you next month
