Worthing & District Society of Model Engineers – Charity Day

Worthing & District Society of Model Engineers are holding their annual Charity Day at Field Place on Sunday, 11th September.

The Society will again be supporting Cardiac Rehabilitation Support, a local charity which provides support for cardiac patients and their carers in the Worthing & Southlands Hospitals area.

Last year the Model Engineers raised a useful sum for this charity and hope that this year’s fundraising will be even more successful. In addition to the usual miniature steam train rides a boating pool and other attractions will be in attendance at the Field Place site.

Train rides will be available from 11.00am until 5.00pm price 50p for adults and children. All proceeds will go to Cardiac Rehabilitation Support.
